Terms of Service

By accessing or using CoachPulse (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and LocalFinder LLC.

CoachPulse is a software-as-a-service coaching platform that helps strength and conditioning coaches monitor client recovery and training data. CoachPulse is operated by LocalFinder LLC, a California limited liability company based in Pasadena, California.

To use the Service as a coach, you must register an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Coaches are professionally responsible for the programming and advice they provide to clients; CoachPulse provides data and tools, not coaching services.

Coaches access client health data only after the client has explicitly consented by entering the coach's invite code in the CoachPulse iOS app. Coaches must use this data solely for legitimate coaching purposes, must not share it with third parties, and must delete it when the coaching relationship ends. Clients may revoke access at any time.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no refunds are issued for partial periods. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

Coaches on the Gym plan may earn a 20% commission on subscription revenue from coaches they refer to CoachPulse. Attribution is tracked for 12 months from the referred coach's first paid subscription. Commissions are paid monthly and require a referred coach to remain in good standing. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program with 30 days' notice.

You may not (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose, (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems, (c) reverse engineer or scrape the Service, (d) use the Service to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, or (e) resell or sublicense the Service without written consent.

The Service, including all software, design, branding, and content, is owned by LocalFinder LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you submit, but grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to operate the Service.

CoachPulse is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All data displayed is for informational and coaching purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your training, nutrition, or medical regimen.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalFinder LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
